Mr. Boord is a Partner at Season Communities which he cofounded in 2017. His career spans the fields of investment banking and asset management. He founded and is a member of the Investment Committee of a major Family Office with large scale financial and real estate holdings. Mr. Boord was also Head of Citi’s Latin America Investment Banking Group. During his 18-year career at Citi he participated in over US$100 billion worth of corporate finance transactions in a variety of industry sectors, countries and products including mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, equity and debt offerings and loan syndications. At Citi he Co-chaired the Investment Banking Compensation Committee and was a member of the Fairness Opinion Committee as well as the Executive Committee of the Global Investment Bank.
Mr. Boord holds a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (full scholarship) as well as a MA in International Relations and a MBA degree from Yale University. He has also completed private equity and real estate-related executive education programs at Harvard Business School and NYU. He is a past board member of World Fund and St. Stephens Episcopal Day School.
